Apple Sauce
1 1/2 Absolute Vodka
5 oz. Sparkling Apple Cider
1 Pinch Cinnamon
Cold: Add the vodka into a highball glass with ice, add the apple cider and the pinch of cinnamon.
Hot: Heat the cider in a sauce pan over a low flame, don't bring to broil, pour into a mug, stir, add the vodka and cinnamon.
