Champagne Rainbow
1 oz Cranberry Juice
2 scoops Rainbow Sherbet
1 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz ChampagnePour cranberry juice into glass. Blend sherbet, vodka, and schnapps until smooth. Pour blended ingredients over cranberry juice to produce swirl effect. Layer champagne on top.
