Mai-Tai Extra
2 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 tbsp. Orgeat Syrup
1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp. Grenadine
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
dash of 151 proof RumShake well with ice.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass 1/3 filled with ice.
Top with dash of 151 proof Rum.
Garnish with cherry and pineapple wedge.
Serve with a straw.
