Prairie Oyster
1 oz. Brandy
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Catsup
1 tbsp. Vinegar
1 Egg Yolk
1 pinch PepperShake well with cracked ice all but the egg.
Strain into old fashioned glass over 2 ice cubes.
Place egg yolk on top without breaking it.
Add dash of cayenne pepper.
