Rum Soaked Pineapple
Pineapple Slices
151 proof RumSlice pineapple into small chunks.
Lay out on baking pan with toothpicks in each.
Pour in just enough 151 proof rum to cover the pineapple slices.
Let sit for several hours.
Pour out excess rum and serve.
