1 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup
Hot MilkSeparate egg, beating yolk and white separately.
Fold and combine with sugar syrup in heat resistant mug.
And Rum and Brandy.
Stir.
Add milk and garnish with nutmeg.
